ABOUT

Regina Dillard is the founder of Inner Sanctum Wellness and Chef Regina Cooks. She serves as a professional foodservice operator, certified plant-based food educator, foodservice consultant, author, yoga instructor, and vlogger. She is the creator of “Communion: Farm to Table Dinner Series”. To elevate her guests experience, Regina cultivates, grows, and hand-picks fresh ingredients and produce, and procures ingredients from local farming communities for her menus. Regina considers herself a vehicle to help others achieve optimal health through plant-based nutrition and mental health services. In a continued effort to support her community members, Regina created an educational platform, Regina Dillard Cooks Online®. This virtual educational platform includes on-demand, virtual plant-based cooking courses, chef demonstrations, farm tours, and wellness and healthy lifestyle resources. Regina spends her free time volunteering as a plant-based cooking demonstrator at Beyond Hunger Food Pantry located in Oak Park, IL and conducts free wellness seminars in the Chicago and Metro areas. Regina is also a mental health advocate, receiving a program certificate in Nutrition and Mental Illness through the University of Canterbury. She also collaborates with organizations which raises mental health awareness and those which provides free and reduced-cost mental health services. In an effort to support the interests of small businesses in her area, she is an active member of the Oak Park River Forest Chamber of Commerce. Regina's mission is to help others take the first step on their journey to 'becoming' through various modalities.
